Cresta Properties was co-founded by Mr. Avy Azeroual & Mr. Reuben Robin, both established veterans of the real estate investment field.
Mr. Avy Azeroual
Avy Azeroual founded Sun Realty Capital in 2002 which boasts assets in the commercial, retail and residential sectors of the real estate market. Mr. Azeroual also co-founded Gotham Realty Holdings and served as managing partner, continuing to participate in the company’s management and activities through present time.
Mr. Azeroual has executed deals of more than 9 million square feet of office space transactions throughout the United States, with valuations of more than $2 billion, as well as many apartment and retail transactions.
Mr. Reuben Robin
Reuben Robin, founder and CEO of The Robin Group, has more than 15 years experience in real estate investment. With three real estate companies under his command — two in Real Estate Investment, and one in Real Estate Services — Mr. Robin provides what few others can; a vertically integrated platform that can provide a full suite of investment services.

Andrew Fuentes is the Acquisitions and Asset Manager for Cresta Properties.
Initially hired as an intern while attending USC, Mr. Fuentes graduated from USC’s Sol Price School of Public Policy, Planning and Development (Real Estate Development).
Mr. Fuentes obtained his real estate license in 2012.
Working as student manager responsible for internal auditing of office expenses and finances while working for the Trio Office and publishing newsletters, research, budget creation, and the writing of grant proposals for the Grant Research Office at USC all contributed to preparing him for his position.
But it is Mr. Fuentes' attention to detail, his analytic and marketing abilities, and his dedication to get the job done that makes him an invaluable resource for our clients.
Andrew enjoys biking, photography, and he is an amazing cook.
